| All one need do is dig through Soaps In Depth's mailbag to discover just how many fans have been yearning for a love connection between Sonny's best bud and the nicest nurse in Port Charles. But as Elizabeth's portrayer is quick to point out, the fervor is based on a rather short - and relatively chaste - past. "I am fairly certain this is the first time Jason and Liz have slept together," says Rebecca Herbst, adding with a laugh, "They were only kind of dating back then. It wasn't a relationship. We just had this bond, this connection. And then I slept with Zander and Jason started seeing Courtney. But now the fans and writers have made it out to be more than it actually was." Or, in other word, all it could be! |
