Jason and Sam make love for the first time. Courtney sees an intimate moment between them. Jason asks Sam to marry him. He then goes to Courtney to see if she can help he and Sam keep baby Hope.Carly tries to help Jason by telling him that Lorenzo could talk Bridget into giving up her baby. Jason becomes ticked at Carly and tells her if she ever thinks of helping him again, to forget it. There is a court hearing on who should keep the baby after Bridget's grandmother says she will help Bridget raise the baby. Courtney tells Jason she had to tell the judge the truth about his lifestyle. Jason decides it's best for everyone if they give the baby back. Sam is upset and swears she will never forgive Jason and leaves him.
