Week Ending January 21, 2005
| Jason asks Sam to marry him and she says yes. They are interrupted by Courtney who tells them Bridget wants baby Hope back. Jason meets with a lawyer (Jordan) who tells him his best bet is to get Courtney on their side. He arrives at Courtney's loft to hear Courtney and Sam fighting. He tells Courtney "that's enough" as Courtney goes off on Sam. Later he tells Sam they have to be nice to Courtney and he calls Courtney to meet him at Kellys. He begs Court to help him keep Hope because of how much Sam has suffered over the loss of her baby. Courtney agrees to try and help. At the hearing Bridget and Sam both tell their stories. The judge asks Courtney for a private meeting. Jason anxiously waits for her to come out and tell him what she told the judge. She told the judge she thought Jason and Sam would make good parents. When he asks her if the judge wanted to know about his job she tells him she had to be honest and tell the judge she didn't think the child would be safe with Jason. Jason comes home to overhear Sam talking to Bridget's grandmother and telling her the baby should stay with them |
